Pulsatile Tinnitus

in its volume, meaning, the patient will hear a lot more ringing in the ears.
In some clinical observations, an actual sound can be recognized from the patient's ear, and this is known as "objective tinnitus". Objective tinnitus is caused by muscle spasms that produce clicking or cracking sounds in the middle ear. It was also observed that some patients experience "pulsatile tinnitus". It is the sound that beats in time with the patient's pulse. Pulsatile tinnitus results from altered blood flow or increased blood turbulence near the ear. It can also result from enlarged awareness of blood flow in the ear. In very rare cases, pulsatile tinnitus may be a symptom of different dreadful conditions such as the carotid artery aneuryson.
??An important cause of ringing of the ears is aging. As people grow old, many of their body functions diminish. Hearing is one of the body functions that weaken as we grow old. A weakened hearing means that you can no longer hear external noise clearly, and thus internal noises, the tinnitus, could be heard more clearly.
Tinnitus is a condition that many suffer from, but most of the population is not aware of. The mental state and the physical state for most tinnitus sufferes is horrible. Until now, no magic pill has been invented against tinnitus. There is also no definitely cure for all people who suffer from tinnitus. The only good news is that lots of research is being done to find an explanation for it and an effective treatment for it. Anyway, tinnitus can be quieted, although this is by no means a cure.
